Weekly Wrap Up of Pop Culture in the Blogosphere
- 2 Comment
A lot happened in the news this week, including the 5 year anniversary of the US invasion on Iraq.
4,000 American military deaths later, the war continues.

Here are just a few of the things from the blogosphere that moved me this week:
- Drue over at
ValleyZen shot a kewl video interview about Zen and network TV news production from the NBC studios in Silicon Valley
-
Blogger face off between Zac Johnson and
Tyler Cruz. This is a kewl feature from a site called
DailyBlogTips run by Daniel Scocco where he sends a few questions to some well known bloggers (I haven’t been solicited yet), then faces their responses off against each other.
- Katherine McLane from the LiveStrong (Lance Armstrong Foundation) blog posted an
amazing and heart touching story of a pediatric cancer survivor named Melanie Joy McDaniel from an article originally published in The New York Times by Denise Grady.
- Eric over at Estate Planning as a Career wrote an insightful piece about overcoming the obstacles of effective estate planning entitled “
Estate Planning – The Shift Toward Conflict“.
- And Finally, The craziest Internet Marketing Contest continued this week over at WinningtheWeb with 4 more clues including
this one (contest clue #10) recommending that readers join the Bidvertiser network.
- Part 1 of my multi-part series on how real estate professionals can bring value to buyers in a severely depressed market riddled with foreclosures was published this week. Part 2 is on its way.
Got big plans for the Easter Holiday weekend?
I do, check back or subscribe to my full RSS feed to read about it in a few days.

Great Wrap-up! You have your finger on the pulse of the blogosphere.
Your blog is a great place to go to see what’s out there!I liked your comment about the ValleyZen video:
“Zen and the Art of Network New Production.”The video is interesting because a hybrid media moment takes place — we are shooting for a tech blog but inside of a traditional news studio!
Scott Budman goes totally behind-the-scenes.

Thanks for the kind words Drue…looking forward to another great week of interesting finds in the blogosphere.
In the meantime, I’ll work on my dyslexia.
