This was another tough week for finding that work and life balance. With most of the home sale and purchase details out of the way, we are now focused on packing and travel plans in the upcoming week. I was able to take a few minutes to scour my RSS feeds for some interesting morsels of consciousness and here is what I found:
- Pick of the week: Drue from ValleyZen was interviewed on ABC’s View from the Bay this week where she shared the five principles of Zen for helping to simplify our lives. This information couldn’t have come at a better time for me considering all that we have going on in preparation for our move.
- The LA Times Blog announced the eBay sale of the Ferris wheel from the Santa Monica Pier this week. Starting price was $50,000 and bidding ends on April 25th in case you want to get in on the action.

Unfortunately, that’s all I have time for today. With most of our packing and travel plans in place, the reality of our upcoming move to Tampa is imminent.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackJcyreus– cool for ValleyZen to be included in your WWUOPCITB!!
I agree that moving, whether it is changing an office, home or dorm room, can be a great opportunity to declutter and realign!
Now, if there could just be enough space to find room for that Ferris wheel…
Keep the great blog morsels coming!!
Drue
LOL…thanks Drue. I obviously didn’t have a lot of time to focus in on quality content for Jcyreus dot Com this week. Hopefully, if I brought my readers any value with this post it was through directing them to ValleyZen for your interview video and basic lessons in finding Zen.
