Tampa Boat Show This Weekend

This weekend the Tampa Convention Center will be hosting the Tampa Boat Show, featuring a large collection of exhibitors, special appearances and a kick off party Friday evening on the Fosters Party Barge with Spice Boy from the Bubba the Love Sponge Show ( fm 102.5, “The Bone” in Tampa).

I took a walk down around the perimeter of the convention center this morning and captured these images of the setup work that started last week to prep the waterfront for the best part of the show…walking through the yachts.

This was one of the kewlest vessels I saw there this morning…I am looking forward to walking through it this weekend.

The show runs from Friday through Sunday and tickets are $9 at the door, but can be purchased in advance online for a $2 discount. According to the official boat show website, your ticket includes a 1-yr subscription to Yachting, Motor Boating, Sport Fishing or Wakeboarding (12 issues — $7 value).
